*FULL-TIME REGIONAL COUNSEL EMPLOYEES ONLY. ALL REGISTRY CONFLICT ATTORNEYS CAN REGISTER AS PRIVATE COUNSEL.

PRIVATE ATTORNEYS, INVESTIGATORS & CRIMINAL DEFENSE TEAM - $450
All private criminal defense firm members must apply for approval before registering for this program.
Acceptance is required to ensure the program remains exclusive to qualified criminal defense practitioners.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE – JULY 31, 2025

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION – NO REFUNDS AFTER AUGUST 27, 2025.

SUBSTITUTIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED THROUGH SEPTEMBER 2, 2025.


No on-site registrations will be accepted.

Room Rate: $189 a night + $30.00 resort fee*

Self- Parking: Complimentary for over-night guests

TRAINING MATERIALS:

The Florida Public Defender Association (FPDA) utilizes a digital platform called SCHED to manage all training materials and information. All session handouts, agendas, and CLE certificates are provided exclusively through this website. Printed materials will not be distributed, so attendees are encouraged to access the digital platform for the most up-to-date information and resources. Access to the website is by invitation only. You will receive an invitation via email from SCHED after the registration deadline of July 31, 2025.
